Community Connections Australia provides a range of in-home services for people with a disability and are currently recruiting experienced Full Time staff to work in their customer relationship team.
The role will commence at North Ryde, however the organisation will be moving to Parramatta in the near future.Within the role you will be required to:- Liaise with clients by phone and in person
- Provide people with services that meet their needs and goals
- Arrange services, schedules and appointments
- Provide a range of administrative support duties
