Our Feature Job this week is with Castle Personnel Services, an organisation based in the Hunter region that provides a range of employment, pre-employment and accredited training, workplace rehabilitation and community participation services for people with a disability.
Castle Personnel Services is seeking to employ an experienced and qualified Quality and Risk Manager to assume responsibility for the organisation’s contractual and legislative compliance, risk management and special projects management. This will include the organisation’s corporate governance, financial, human resources, work health and safety, business development and operational requirements.
The successful candidate will lead the further development of IT based quality management systems that underpins the organisation’s service delivery and continuous improvement across Castle’s continually expanding portfolio of programs.
